The building was in extremely rough condition. The steel rafters were stained and rusted, creating an industrial, unfinished look that took away from the space. The sheetrock was damaged with holes throughout, and the tile flooring was old, worn down, and mismatched. Every part of the interior felt outdated and neglected, giving the impression of a space that had been abandoned for years.

We began by finishing the exposed steel rafters with a clean, updated system that made the structure look brand new again. From there, we removed all damaged sheetrock and rebuilt every wall surface with fresh material. The old tile was torn out and replaced with modern, clean flooring that instantly lifted the space. New paint, new sheetrock, and new finishes were added throughout, giving the interior a completely fresh foundation. Every step of this remodel moved the building from a worn down shell to a fully restored interior.

The finished space looks nothing like what we started with. The rafters now look sharp and polished, the new sheetrock creates clean lines and smooth surfaces, and the upgraded flooring gives the entire room a modern, high quality feel.
